What's your average daily phone screen time?

2 hours top when I'm bored.

I usually go for 1 hour a day, most of which is me on the toilet scrolling through nostr or YouTube

That's very low. What about computer screen time?

If we count my job, that goes up to 8 hours per day and that's the reason why I hate using the phone.

If I don't take my job into account, half hour to a couple per day I'm on my PC
