What's the quickest way to stand up a nostr application to POC stuff?

Given whatever Nostr libraries that are available. Which languages and frameworks would make it easy to build a web application built on Nostr
my advice for the best answer is to go look at the project pages of the popular ones and investigate which languages and frameworks they use
would be awesome if you published your investigation results
Typescript with NDK would be a path forward
