Omg never heard of those. I have an issue in the left ankle due to the operation in the right knee. So barefoot will kill me 😭

maybe. works for me though. no more ankle pain. no knee pain. but yeah need to unlearn how to run with padding under your feet. took me a couple of years before my first half marathon barefeet.
