The 401(k) plan originated from a section of the Internal Revenue Code (IRC). The rest of the lines of code outline all the restrictions on how I can use my money. The more I scrutinize the 401K the more I see it as a scam to limit the conversion of my work into saved enegry. Like having a vampire draining my enegry.
