Side structural bars in place in the Trommel just 6 more bolts to put in. And the trestles and made up, though I might put an extra screw or two in.
Just got to organise the drive system and it's good to go 👍🏻

Nice! Where did you source the round rings from? I was thinking about getting an old bike and using the rims. I like the setup though.
