Scam. Find a physical therapist.

From experience? 🤔

In my opinion the best combination is osteopathy and physical therapy

Agree, start working out your back (high back, mid back, lower back, obliques, traps, and abs)

I liked it. Expensive though. Would not go regularly.

Keep them away from your neck, that is the one place they can jack you up.

I was told to seek one out who uses stretching and exercise before cracking things. I found some stuff on youtube and my problems went away. It was 99% related to my hips and the various connections there.

In my experience you need to combine chiro with massage and physical therapy for anything ongoing. Shop around to find a really reputable practitioner.

Studies suggest the having your neck adjusted could cause injury and that massage actually works better than adjustments to relieve neck pain.

I've had significant relief in having my lower back adjusted.

I spent years trying to get my rib and upper back area relatively pain-free. Chiro alone could only address acute problems, not chronic ones.
