The government won’t fix anyone’s problems,they will just spend the money of the few productive people that remain.

I would caveat that it’s authoritarian communists/socialists. We have a lot more in common with the left anarchists. They want freedom from the state but generally have different ideas about how society operates

I’d suggest looking at a YouTuber called Andrewism. He’s a “anarcho-socialist” and does some really interesting video essays. Don’t agree with everything but has a lot of valid points about community
