Glass noodles are so fun to eat. I love the bouncy texture, hoping the husband and the kid won't want to eat them so I can have more tomorrow...

I’ve never heard of glass noodles!

They're made from sweet potato starch. They turn clear when you cook them.

Sounds like they’re even fun to eat.

I think so, lol. The husband can take 'em or leave 'em.

Fun hater 😂

Lol, I agree. He's lame 😂.

I would much rather have those wide rice noodles. Like the super wide ones. Nice and chewy 😋

Those are good too. I just love the fun texture of the glass noodles lol.

💯

That sounds delicious! I used them as a sub for rice today because I couldn't be bothered to cook rice this evening. They soaked up the sesame orange sauce for my sesame orange chicken meatballs beautifully.

Have you tried steaming rice, it's so easy and really good.

No need to wash the rice.

Equal measures of rice and water with a pinch of salt. Stick it in a steamer for 25 minutes. Perfect rice every time.

I have used my pressure cooker to make rice, at one point in my life I had a rice cooker but it scorched every time 😭. I generally do riced cauliflower (we try to eat low carb most days). These are 6 min in boiling water and rinse with cold water, so they cook really quick!

I've never tried riced cauliflower.

Will have a go later this week 👍

Lol, it is cauliflower don't be fooled 😂😂.

But that being said seasoned up it is tasty.

I've made cauliflower steaks, which were great.

I'm doing this 💪

Okay, most people are nose wrinklers at cauli rice. I've yet to do cauliflower steaks, but I do want to 🤤

They are good
