Running a 0.75 BTC channel on a Pii4 wasn't so crazy a few years ago, oh how times have changed! Supra's retailing for around R1 538 000 right now though, so I guess i'll have to pay the 4 sats per vybte for the on-chain transaction for this one
I would like to see a P2P marketplace for all stuff. Skip all the other marketplaces with tracking, requiring sensitive data.
P2P marketplaces based on location among others, so you can also sell it in person.
Absolutely, I do check BTC map regularly for new additions, but having an etsy style marketplace would be dope as well as BTC meetup markets
You can buy and sell directly here on nostr, Amethyst offers it, other app are dedicated to nostr market.
Thus I try to sell a couple of thing and it was not working, not enough public and visibility yet. But I would love it to gain traction, last time I try to sell some gaming stuff on a local auction site and they took me 55 bucks of fee 🤬
I'm with you, i have tried, and even the P2P trading side is dry, i just think combining marketplaces and P2P trading might appeal to a wider audience and get more traffic that cross promotes both
