You are what you eat. I surf hard and have been watching Laird for 25 years now. He is a beast and knows a lot about how to treat a body. He and his wife dominate in everything they do. Truly inspiring!!!

He was the first surfer to look at Teahupoo in Tahiti and then go out and surf it. Nobody else would go. They all said it was not surfable. That inspired the next 20 years of surfers learning how to manage that wave and now they just had the last summer Olympic games for surfing there.
