That article has within it , a logical bias known as a "false dichotomy".

It is not the case that eating red meat will shorten your life.

It just so happens that the most obese and unhealthy people eat red meat (as well as everything else that they can get their hands on ) , and they use this data to specifically target people who eat red meat.

Red meat , as part of a ketogenic diet , along with low carb vegetables , leafy greens etc , is one of the healthiest diets there is , FACT .

Your body is going to readjust to burning fat , make sure you get plenty of water man , I'n my opinion , getting a lot of low carb leafy greens does wonders as well.

And it’s absolutely critical to get enough salt and electrolytes on keto/carnivore. Don’t shy away from it. Your kidneys will be dumping sodium after cutting out carbs.
