Today's training

Today I did a #kettlebell 32kg at the gym.

Dead clean → dead snatch → thruster flow for 1 set of 10 reps

2 sets of 10 reps with 28kg

32kg

3 sets of 20 swings

I felt unsteady near the end of my first set of 32kg flow, so I changed it to 28kg for the second set.

Don't overdo it
