This (socialist) claim is more then 100 years old. Didn't make sense then and does not make sense now.

Property owner servers the customers. They dictate what and how the company is producing goods and services.

When they don't not serve customers, they are in lost.

Peoperty owner coordinates the process making sure customers get what they want at price they're willing to pay.

Employees very rarely see anything outside theirs day to day work and believe that it's them doing all the work. So they think they should have say. Often think that the decisions doesn't make sense or are unjust to them.

They only see trees not the wood.

You've got an entirely straw man argument here, but I'll indulge you.

Why do you think democratic rule and private property is socialist?

Like, what do you think socialism is? I can see why you would say "socialism doesn't make sense" since you seem to have a very different definition than the dictionary, or an encyclopedia, or the rest of society (both those who are for or against it)
