- u pay property TAXES

- u pay maintainence renovation COST

- u have legal obligations

- selling immovable property is NEVER EASY

only good during BULL markets cycle when fiat debased

at the end it really DEPENDS on TIMING and how much cash person has plus exact situation , age n other factors whether to rent / vagabond or buy a place
