We have a cleaning lady come to our house about once a month to give it a once over because we ( I ) suck at cleaning. She's been coming for over a year I think, maybe two. I've never actually seen her before because she comes during the week while I'm at work.

Today I had to take a late lunch because of a customer call and she was there, so now I know what she looks like.

I was going to thank her for periodically cleaning the skid marks off the back of the toilet bowl for me - but I didn't have time for exchanging such pleasantries.

I don't begrudge a person trying to make a profit, and I do not presume to know their COB. We have hard water here at my house. I have a Bunn coffee maker that tends to get clogged up with sediment because of the water. The coffee maker came with a chintzy plastic reamer tool to clear it out. The reamer is lost so I need to find a new one. I fear a google search for "Bunn reamer" isn't going to get me what I want.
