We have a cleaning lady come to our house about once a month to give it a once over because we ( I ) suck at cleaning. She's been coming for over a year I think, maybe two. I've never actually seen her before because she comes during the week while I'm at work.

Today I had to take a late lunch because of a customer call and she was there, so now I know what she looks like.

I was going to thank her for periodically cleaning the skid marks off the back of the toilet bowl for me - but I didn't have time for exchanging such pleasantries.
