The labeling won't stop no matter where you go, just be yourself and laugh at the people that try to put labels on you.
As Kierkegaard said: "Once you label me, you negate me". The platforms you mention farm engagement by polarizing people. Civil discussion and nuance are nowhere to be seen.
One can be leftist or left-adjacent without embracing woke ideology. One can cheer the release of Ross and dislike Trump.
