Solid move. I like to vote no on any proposition that will require hiring a new government employee as my default when the proposition is neutral to my bag otherwise.
Good point. This one specifically expanded survivor benefits. I would think it shouldn't increase head count. But I am retarded so it probably will.
Don't get me wrong, if there was a proposition that said "new government employee to figure out how to pay John $1,000 /mo for no reason" I would vote yes on that propositition.
the general position is that by voting you are playing into the charade. not voting is refusing to buy into their frame of false choice.
