Nostr is for everyone that needs censorship resistant social communication. I have a Twitter friend that's a sex worker. She wanted a place where she can post her nudes without getting banned. (She will most likely be hosting her photos herself though.) I also told her how we're creating a value 4 value Lightning economy on Nostr via Tips and Zaps. I purple pilled her earlier today with those two features: 1) no one can ban her 2) value 4 value.

Jokes aside, good work purple pilling a friend. When people realise that this protocol is censorship resistant, and you will have the tools (i.e. mute) to block out what you don't want to see, they will come around.

Someone should absolutely build Nostrfans. It will be a gold mine...err sats mine.
There should probably be separate relays specifically for that type of content though
I'm sure we'll see adult themed relays and clients at some point. And the cool thing is, if you don't want to see that content, you can choose not to follow them and you can also choose to mute them. You're in control of your own feed.
Controlling via selective following makes sense. Just like Bitcoin, everyone should be able to use it.
I’m assuming switching between groups of certain relays will also possible? (eg. I have my sfw relays, and my nsfw relays)
Or, I guess just a whole different identity for each use case.
