I’d like to believe that but they always seem to scurry away to places people can’t find

The way I see it, one day enough people will just break unexpectedly, and the ghouls wont have time to get out of dodge.

Even then, it’ll be hard to find the true elites. The power of the Rothschilds has outlasted several empires for example.

Im more concerned with the order followers at all levels. Make it clear that its a bad idea to be a puppet.
