Earthworms and other burrowers are every bit as important IMO. If the soil aint right, pollination isnt gonna matter too much

That tracks, although it is difficult to really assign an importance. Every organism affects every other. But bees are arguably our most important symbiotic species on account of their keeping plants going. No flowers, no plants, no food. Amazing how interconnected the different parts of nature are!
