Absolutely! I like to recommend it to people who have a hard time imagining that sitting still in meditation is any useful. Now, if they got something to do, like breathing, they like it πŸ˜€ And you can indeed come to a similar presence quite quickly.

qigong is the key to meditation

without yin & yang breath unity to the chaos of self unable be corralled

yang jwing-ming is truly a grandmaster

this couples nicely with retaining a yoga position for 5 minutes
