Most conspiracies are perpetuated by the shared ignorance of the participants. An ignorance that drives them to similarly stupid actions which they all become invested in once made. If they will harm their kids, they will harm you too with all the certainty of an "expert."
The real conspiracy is believing that never in our history have people conspired for their own benefit. These people are lost, only a boot of authority stepping on their faces will wake them up.
