Their "Loop" product looks pretty minimalist and not obnoxious.

Looks good at a glance. You know much about their current privacy policy?

Unfortunately no, we used to have to wear them during our fitness classes in High school (early 2000's). Back then it was just a chest strap and a watch; no data being recorded on any computer. The heart rate and time above target heart rate was just tracked on the watch.

Your post just reminded me of them. Certainly *seems* less spooky then everything else out there now.

At the very least less addictive (no screen), so that's a huge plus. Will look into them more. Thanks for the info!
