Unfortunately, the 21m cap is anchored in social agreement.
Everything is in the code we call bitcoin
Wen last time just 10 ppl agreed on something yet alone all the miners, node runners etc 😂
Very hard to change if not effectively impossible
Most folks here see the benefit of a cap on inflation. I am among them. But think about two or three generations from now. Also consider the number of alt-coins that do not have a limit on inflation. Also consider the changes that already have happened.
All valid, only time will tell 🙏🫂
