ITโ€™s everything

You get it ๐Ÿค™

Itโ€™s down to this very text that Iโ€™m sending you now. Enjoy entropy

Soo interesting! ๐Ÿ’ญ

I'm glad you like it. I am fascinated by this stuff ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜‚

Such topics are very interesting!

Chaos everywhereโ€ฆ physical things โ€œdieโ€ and get โ€œrebornโ€ in a different form,

And that we were stardust onceโ€ฆ๐ŸŒŒ

Exactly, It really changes how you see the world. I love that perspective. ๐ŸคŒ

very interesting ๐Ÿ‘Œ

This is maybe the most interesting thing I have ever learnt.

and now with you , even i did learn. so thank you ๐Ÿซ‚๐Ÿ’œ

This guy probably did his phd in entropy hence sees entropy in everything. Technically universe is made of energy and energy tends to entropy so it is definitely intertwined and will be seen everywhere. But to claim life is nothing but entropy is over generalization.

@matt_bitcoin

I am curious, what is the most direct application of the law of entropy in everyday life?

What did I do? ๐Ÿ‘€โ—

I don't know about the Big Bang and the low entropy of Past Hypothesis, or how black holes may emit radiation or not because I can't integrate a linear time hypothesis of the universe with the also current understanding that there is no linear time, but only the illusion or experience of linear time, no matter how compelling that experience may be. But the talk of low entropy and high entropy and someone's question about everyday life made me think of how thoughts are also expressions of either low or high entropy. Thoughts aligned to truth and one's center, which itself is aligned to a greater center (experienced as alignment with gravity in our physical dimension, or alignment with a higher truth), feel very organized and of low entropy, while thoughts arising from a space of disconnect feel frazzled and of high entropy.

Great food for thought. More questions than answers.

Thank you for sharing!

If thoughts are order that emerge from chaos, then they must flow backwards in time as per the second law of thermodynamics.

Hmmโ€ฆ interestingโ€ฆ indeed, ordered thoughts, or epiphanies and realizations, come from a distillation process of inner chaos, so do we have the ability to transmute high entropy to low entropy, which then gets shared and expressed as high entropy again?

I also wondered at what we may be missing in the picture that describes the universe as going in a one-way direction from low to high entropy. Perhaps low entropy is a highly ordered level of consciousness? ๐Ÿค”

I think this matter is still under research, I am not sure but I think there are also some research papers around it.

Some serious scientist believe, Consciousness might just be a side effect of entropy. When our brains work, they generate heat, leading to more disorder.

However, our brains can also use this heat to create new information and organization. This information, in turn, helps reduce disorder elsewhere in the universe.

So some greatest scientist believe entorpy can explain the existence of life for this exact reason because it's just ultimately nature finding a way to increase entropy.

On basic level it may be following this law, I strongly believe at the end of the day the question of consciousness will be solved by the equations of physics and if it's physics it will follow the law of thermodynamics.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I mean that's the thing about physics โ€“ you're always left with more questions than answers. ๐Ÿ˜‚

Personally, I am a strong believer that one day we will be able to solve the question of consciousness with the equations of physics; everything else in the universe seems to follow the laws of physics.

Btw I've recently started reading this book on entropy and related stuff, highly recommended.

Yes!! I am totally with you that one day, when we finally get it, our equations will express consciousness. Even though I wonโ€™t see that day in this body, I look forward to that moment, which I get a glimpse of since time is not linear. The gift of absolute and relative truths in the same moment.

You understand that naturally molecules of the universr don't arrange themselves into complex intelligent designs. That takes God.

Stephen King wasn't smart enough to see that.
