Do you #40HPW ?
I just learned what #40HPW is.
I do not do that. I listen to maybe 5 or 10 hours a week max because I take notes on anything of real interest to me - and I try to only listen to podcasts of real interest.
That note-taking takes time, usually a whole second listen.
