Hmm, that’s a good question. You should be able to set the fee but I’ve never actually done it with Sparrow. In fact I don’t think I’ve ever actually swept an open dime. But considering you write the transaction on the client side there’s no reason you would be unable to set the fee unless the client specifically left it out of the UI process.
