Maybe the easiest way is to run ZEUS embedded node but it is mobile node so be careful.

Open channel to Start9 HQ node, make it public, no need to route but may be needed sometimes for incoming payments. You can make it also private. Just start from something.
100k is enough for start. When you play with that you will find out what size and what incoming / outgoing liquidity is needed.
