Our lovely postal service delayed my beans by a few days. So I am currently bleary-eyed walking to the closest coffee stand by my house. 😅

I thought I relied on coffee to live but somehow when I was very ill for two months I didn’t have any coffee at all during that length of time. Surprisingly I didn’t feel any different, more tired or more awake.
Tbh I think coffee might be a scam. 😅🤷🏻♀️🤭 It’s all in the head for me, I think i’m addicted again tho now that I’m not ill. ☕️
I did pound most of my water bottle before leaving the house.
It's been a long time since I've done a cleanse from caffeine, but I still seem to be able to wake up without it if I really need to, but I still enjoy it in the morning. I don't know, maybe it's just a baked in ritual at this point.

Yes, I think it mainly routine for me. But it does wake me up a tad when I have it too idk anymore. 🤷🏻♀️😂
