Unless there’s some sort of crypto swap service that supports Lightning, you’ll probably need to trade it for BTC and open a new Lightning channel (or splice it in using something like Phoenix wallet)

Depends ultimately on what you’re looking for: do you want self custodies sats on the Lightning network, or are you ok with custody tradeoffs?

(Tbh I know nearly nothing about litecoin, but if there’s anything I can do to help a fellow pleb to replace crypto with Bitcoin, I will always try!)

I have an Alby wallet. Just trying to convert LTC to Zapping funds, nothing big.

Ah, gotcha! I know CakeWallet integrated a few swapping services for going from Bitcoin to Monero etc.

Maybe try starting with ChangeNow.io

But they don’t go straight to L2. You’d need to send from Bitcoin to Lightning via Boltz.exchange or similar. Maybe slightly cheaper to use the funds to open a channel on Phoenix or Zeus, and play around with self-custodial Lightning if you haven’t before. You can still receive zaps to Alby (I do, currently) and send zaps from Zeus etc.

Check out trocador.app

Great exchange aggregator and they can probably find whatever pair you want to swap

Cakewallet also has it integrated
