Im sorry for those living in poor conditions and a constant state of war. Its not the proper atmosphere for human development and happiness.
I think we always need to go to the roots, and I certainly lack a lot of information. Maybe both have a reasonable claim on the land. I dont know what was the land distribution (at micro level) before the current creation of Israel. Going to individual property rights could help.
But in my head, conciliation can only happen through proper separation. The current distribution of palestinian land (Gaza + Cisjordania) makes little topological sense for palestinian development, the land must be more compacted, and with less border to Israel as possible.
I hope they get tired some day, and apply a pragmatic solution. Israel is the strong side, and as such their iniative is the most important. But their current militar answer doesn't go in that direction.
But I am nobody and l don't know enough. Just sorry for the waste of human lives.
