I buy most of my meat, eggs, dairy, fruit etc from the farmers markets or other local suppliers and try to minimise what I buy at Coles & Woolworths.

I actually buy mine from organic producers, both meat and veg.
For household items I will use Woolworths.

Agree on the 🍅 tomato. Literally pointless. As a nightshade you may even be paying for it to harm you!

I'd have to disagree. People especially prone to auto immune responses can react to nightshades like tomatos peppers and eggplants even if they are organic 🤷🏻♀️ but hey I get it... I used to love tomatos. Especially some real juicy heirloom tomatoes :) I come from a culture that eats a big bowl of largely tomato based salad at every meal....so I tots get it.
