It is important to understand the injustice behind every property tax. When inheritance or property is taxed, meaning that a person has to pay a certain amount to the state monthly or annually just because they own something, it doesn't make sense at first because they don't earn anything by owning it. So, it is being introduced, as this title clearly shows, with the INTENT that some of these people will not have the money to pay taxes and will be forced to sell their property, against their wishes, just to be able to pay the taxes.

That would make socialists very happy. But no one, absolutely no one, would benefit from it because the new owner of that property, after paying it honestly (plus paying the property purchase tax that also exists everywhere), will then have to continue paying the state monthly or annually - as long as they can, that is, until they squeeze it out.

The only ones who get satisfaction from such a policy are psychopaths, those who rejoice in other people's misfortune and envy other people's success. In short - socialists.

It is actually a slightly milder version of Bolshevism. They came with guns and seized property in an instant. This is the same thing now, only they don't do it all at once but gradually, as if it were a little more civilized. But the motivation is the same, the reason is the same and the goal is the same.

I know that taxes are necessary for the state to function and that is not in question. Also, the fact is that there is no fair tax. But the only sensible thing to do is to tax the creation of new value or consumption - because we know that it can be paid. When someone earns 100 something or spends 100 something, out of that 100 they can pay, say, 10 or 20 something to the state. It is not fair, but it is possible. However, when a person owns something and therefore earns nothing from it, the state cannot come to him and say "Now that's why you have to pay 10 something a month". What if he doesn't have it?

So only tax on work, profit and VAT make sense, with the fact that we should also agree on that - do we want VAT or will we tax work and profit. Because if we tax VAT, labor and profit - then people effectively pay twice the tax on the same new value.
