Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, that doesn’t make them right (or wrong). Although I wish him good luck trying to find anything useful in “crypto”.
Arweave is genuinely useful.

This was the same narrative 4 years ago. I remember crypto influencers pushing that crap then.
What can I say. It can be useful. BitTorrent can also be useful. AWS buckets can also be useful. These are just storage options with different tradeoffs.
