Your comments in this thread got me thinking and decided to write a note about it. Would love to hear your thoughts on it!
Also as a side note... I feel like global is a net negative for nostr. It doesn't put the best foot forward at all. It's a mess and the content is just too... crude? Not sure I have the right word to describe it. Sure it (sorta) helps in discovery but I think the positives it brings for new users are far far outweighed by the negative. It's all about perception, especially when it comes to early day adoption and global is just an ugly shitshow imo.
