Good morning nostr, today after our morning chores we'll be cutting up and grinding some of the deer meat in the freezer. I have some chunks of beef fat from our beef order a while back, and i'll be adding some of it to our ground venison. Maybe some brisket too. We've done this several times, and it makes the best ground meat. So it'll be a busy day, but i wanted to get this done, so everything is packaged up and ready before the busy holidays.
