Nah it was lightning recurring if I’m not mistaken and wasn’t custodial from what I thought I read (could be wrong about that though)
yeah, Highlighter does recurring LN payments; you can create NIP-88 tiers that people can subscribe to to support you, denominated in fiat or sats.
When denominating in fiat conversion happens when a new period starts so your supporters are always charge, e.g. $8 regardless of the price of bitcoin.
The best part is that this are nostr-native events, there is no lock-in and people will be able to subscribe from any client that supports NIP-88.

I legit didn’t realize you had this in Highlighter too! Jacked to see how quickly these are being iterated. It’s a hugely underrated aspect, imo.
The hard side of social has always been content creators, and we don’t do enough thinking about and targeting that side with tools that you don’t have to fight with or “learn” to use. Excited to see some stuff finally breaking through that barrier.
