with dry sauna, you can add the scent into the bucket of water, which you scoop and throw on the rocks

Sauna is fantastic, I really like it. Everytime we go somewhere i always check if they have one. Dry one is a lil to hot for me it burns my lungs πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

it really depends if it’s a wooden or an electric stove.

wooden is a lot better. i also recommend to throw a bit of water on the walls of the sauna, to increase humidity, so that it isn’t as dry in the sauna πŸ’œ
