Another thing you can do is not to check your phone for the first 1 to 2 hours in the morning. It helps deattach

Ignorance is bliss, but it’s a double-edged sword. If it’s important enough, I’ll get a call or something 💜

Going for a walk and ignoring my phone for the first two hours is great, definitely recommend it 💜
