Tip #1: turn notifications off. It helps you stay present when spending time offline.

Another thing you can do is not to check your phone for the first 1 to 2 hours in the morning. It helps deattach
Ignorance is bliss, but itโs a double-edged sword. If itโs important enough, Iโll get a call or something ๐
Going for a walk and ignoring my phone for the first two hours is great, definitely recommend it ๐
