Nope there are no actually deleted accounts. You just need the nsec

Manually identifying abandoned accounts maybe? A while ago while playing around with the protocol, i created a mini tool to check who is not following you back, i think i could extend this to check which accounts are abandoned based on activity, hence “deleted”
