Want to be able to distinguish between lies and truth?

Lies are limited. They may be deep lies, they may be buried deep, but they are still limited and cannot be delineated forever and very quickly if not immediately run into the problem of performative contradiction.

Truth is eternal, and can be extrapolated literally forever in some sense and contains no performative contradictions. Paradoxes, perhaps, but not self-refuting logic and/or actions, and inspire freedom to be and do good and inspire genuine and emotionally sustaining hope that the future will generally improve.

If you feel hopeless, you are under the influence of a lie.

If you feel enduringly hopeful you are under the influence of the truth.
