Lightning Network is the only option for the super-majoroty of the developing world & is worth anything were dealing with now.

Fees are too expensive to justify micropayments even at 1sat/vb...

Satoshi outlined this as well, when btc was way cheaper obv.

Hence why LN is lauded / important.
