Pretty much starve the system quietly & then let it crumble. Then point to the electorate that "we can't keep doing the same thing, it's insanity" and then immediately move to privatize it. That's been their playbook for years. It's all about enriching themselves & their friends under the guise of "balancing the budget".

Wouldn't be surprised if they started letting charter schools in after they destroy our healthcare system.
