If you're using these services, I highly recommend changing your password and enabling two-factor authentication. If you're using a similar password on another app, consider changing that as well.
I know we hear about data leaks all the time, but this is probably the largest one so far.

And a password manager of course

It's a good suggestion; it's also a good way to know which services are selling your data to third parties.
