Is there a workaround to use the same Signal account (same phone number) on two nostr:nprofile1qqs9g69ua6m5ec6ukstnmnyewj7a4j0gjjn5hu75f7w23d64gczunmgpz4mhxue69uhhyetvv9ujumt0wd68ytnsw43qzxthwden5te0wfjkccte9eeks6t5vehhycm99ehkuegprpmhxue69uhkummnw3ezucm0d9hxvatwvshxzursz8gjrz profiles on the same phone without login in/out on Signal when switching between profiles?

Have you checked out the signal client called Molly? I think that allows being added as a secondary device like on a desktop. You would be shown a QR code for linking to an existing account. Will be tough to scan that QR code from the same device, but perhaps you can figure something out with screenshots or a secondary device.
