GA Nostr friends. It was a good three day weekend with Hubs.

Our mutual friend Amy (who actually introduced us) indicated that her husband was interested in buying my dad's SUV. On Saturday, we all met up and got the papers signed. My dad is officially no longer driving. A little bittersweet all considered, but now I will be getting him around for errands.

Played around with my StartOS server this weekend a bit. Can't get my Jellyfin instance to "see" my media library, so poked around at that for a while Saturday until I got frustrated and had to go touch grass.

Allergies are still bad today. Symptoms get better the longer I'm indoors, but can't stay indoors all the time when the weather is beautiful and I have a dog that needs to pee.

Hope you all have a good week!

Stories are so fun! 🤗

There seems to be some indicator of NF somewhere... I'm not sure from where I get that from though 🤔🤣🤣🤣

Confirmation if awesomeness 😏

The weather the last few days has been insanely unseasonable. Hope your allergies are better soon.

I gotta get on Start9, I tried to do self-hosting last year and got stuck with life stuff.

I have our A/C cranked up at home just to help filter a bit but then I'm freezing. Put on sweatshirt. Too warm outside, remove sweatshirt. Repeat!

I tried some allergy nasal spray this morning. Doesn't seem to be doing much right now, but that could be because it expired in April! 😅

Start9 has had some bumps for me, but mostly because I installed it on my old System76 desktop and had power issues on the breaker it's attached to. Helps to read the documentation first before jumping in (which I didn't do properly). I mostly have it working now, but unless you have Tor installed, you're gonna have a bad time.
