i hate all the cloud image generators output. flawless skin everywhere. i've seen some that do more realistic blemished and other natural skin textures, and more luminous translucency like real skin. but then, if you are doing animations, you want cartoon style, and you do not want to see, for example, how horribly GPT-5 does SVG line art. it's ugly as hell. it does ok at any classic style.

the thing is, to make it your art, you would have to train it on your art, and then be able to fine tune it and then do all the post production with a regular video editor/animation tool.

so, the tools are shitty. they are just producing the same mass market trash that appeals to normies.

i felt the same way about LLMs for code until i really got deep into using it. but only claude respects me. the rest of them are retarded, opinionated, faux contrarian, or excessively show off-clever. claude is a bit prone to irrritating praise especially when debugging, and adding extra things, but about half the time it adds extra things that actually are good. the other half of the time, the extra things i don't even notice until i get a bug report.
