I'm continually trying to orange pill a few of my best buddy's that have been swing trading Bitcoin for a couple years but still see no other reason for Bitcoins existence.
Today I dropped a line that caught their attention...
"Bitcoin is the monetary storage of time & energy"
Help me develop this out.
I already have many thoughts... suggestions?
You: download wallet of satoshi
Them: ok. *downloads app*
You: open the app and tap Receive
Them: *opens app* *sees Send and Receive buttons*
Still Them: I haven’t created an account yet. It doesn’t even know my name.
You: shut up and tap Receive. Hit the lightning icon. Tap add amount and type in 1000 in the sats field.
Them: *does all that shit, QR code appears*
You: scans QR code, pays invoice
WoS: *shows green screen with big check mark*
Them: holy shit that was instant!
You: try that with Venmo mf!
Them: *orange pill swallowed*
That's a solid method!
